The GlobeMed Saudi Complaints Handling desk is committed to solving problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Complaints are received and handled according to a well-articulated set of procedures. Our representatives receive and document the complaints, assess the callers' needs, verify the facts then channel the complaint(s) to the appropriate resource. At all times, the information is kept confidential.
Customer satisfaction surveys are conducted periodically and reports of past complaints are produced in order to identify the causes, patterns and trends of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
